Chur : Office visit _ Raphael Zuber

Posted in building, misc by tot on May 30, 2009

Visited a friend’s place in Chur. Nice wood carved interior..

A cafe nearby, by Rudolf Olgiati. Another cafe of his design at a main crossing in the town has turned into another shop lately…Hmm it had  exhibited photos and drawings of his works before. Pity.

Then met Raphael Zuber at his office.. a nice architects’ office with beautiful project models and samples.  North-faced windows give ideal diffused light for this all-white room.

On my way home with Apfelschole and Zuckergipfeli. After some travels in other countries I find how Swiss train is comfy..

Raphael gave me a brochure of his first project. It is under construction and he can monitor the site every 12 minutes by webcam.. Check it out you Archi-spotters 😉
