Entrance of the Grissons Parliament @ Chur

A small but challenging project in Chur by Valerio Olgiati.

Brilliant white concrete shapes sharp edge. Sublime. Even unfamiliar slope length for wheelchairs give some tension to it. The sense of tension mainly comes from these two posts supporting its roof and cantilevered left part. Pity the roof leans slightly  down on the left..
