Chiswick House Café is the latest project by Londoner Architect Caruso St John.Under strong sunshine, the contrast of shadows makes the colonnade space deep. Chiswick House was built by Richard Boyle referring Palladio’s Roman Villas (not the copy of Villa Capra Rotunda). However, the symmetry breaks by twisting entrance stairs and brutal chimneys. funny..

Londoners’ favourite, Columbia rd

Somehow the Economist building (architects: Alison & Peter Smithson) has great color scheme with light brown travertine, light blue-grey aluminum window frames, blue-green glass and neighboring light yelow-brown bricks… all of them are subtly tinted.
