Kenchiku Note @ t o o k a

Posted in exhibition, zurich by tot on December 6, 2010

Just after the editor-in-chief’s visit to Zürich, Kenchiku Note has, for the first time in Switzerland, been in public at ‘t o o k a’, a temporary concept store dealing high quality Japanese design/craft products.

Kenchiku Note is a Japanese architectural magazine with a new concept; a magazine that focuses not only on architects’ works by drawings and photographs but on the process of making space and architecture with many images of the architects’ working space, study models, and their portrait.

UNITED No. 3 features SANAA, and Kazuyo Sejima herself has worked for the issue. It includes plenty of drawings and images of their works and even a detailed time table of their works.

For the moment the magazine is just for the exhibition and unfortunately not for sale. However, we are glad that so many people are interested in it.
